Technology Investment Prioritization

Decision Lens has been used by Mondelēz (previously under the names Cadbury and Kraft Foods) by the Gum and Candy group within the organization.  Similar to other CPG organizations, Mondelēz is constantly seeking ways to prioritize the right technology investments that deliver high levels of consumer satisfaction and the biggest value to the business.  Leveraging the collaborative decision making software of Decision Lens, the Gum and Candy R&D Team are able to identify the strategic value of various technology platforms across multiple attributes that contribute to the business. Specifically, the teams are evaluating and ranking the technologies they invest in and embed in the production of their products.
