Decision Lens' Innovative Software Enhancing Agency's Vendor Selection and Acquisition Process to Preserve our Nation's Past

Arlington, Virginia — The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has selected Decision Lens to improve their vendor selection and acquisition process through Decision Lens' innovative software and technology. This support will assist and enhance the NARA mission of safeguarding and preserving the records of our Government and making those documents widely accessible to the public.

Decision Lens software is helping NARA to assess proposals and to automate the consolidation of the data at the end of the evaluation. The software then presents data in a clear and concise format that allows NARA decision makers to select the best value support for the agency.

"From the Declaration of Independence to the Apollo 11 Flight Plan, NARA is the nation's record keeper, and it is imperative that NARA successfully evaluate documents and manage the records of the federal government," said John Saaty, chief executive officer of Decision Lens. "We are excited about working with NARA to integrate our software and technology to help fulfill their mission of preserving the past."

Decision Lens has developed a unique solution to help government, businesses and other leading organizations make critical decisions on crucial issues using the intelligence of key players, vital data and other relevant factors. The system is available in a desktop version and as a secure online edition, which enables key-decision makers anywhere in the world to participate in real-time.

Decision Lens software is used throughout the federal government including organizations such as the Joint Staff, Department of Agriculture, Navy, Air Force, Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Intelligence Community. Within the commercial market, Decision Lens has numerous well-known clients including Johnson and Johnson, Corporate Executive Board, and eBay among other organizations.
