Under Secretary of the Navy Teams with Decision Lens for Business Transformation Prioritization

The Undersecretary of the Navy for Operations (SECNAV), specifically the Chief Management Office, is responsible for recruiting, organizing, and training Navy personnel. They are also responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies and programs that are consistent with the national security policies and objectives established by the President or the Secretary of Defense.
