Arlington, Virginia — Value Management Strategies, Inc (VMS) and Decision Lens, Inc have announced today a partnership, combining VMS’ knowledge of value management and risk analysis studies with Decision Lens’ proven decision making software. VMS brings twenty years of facilitation expertise in infrastructure, military and education planning.
